FREE Advertising - Not only are we taking Grass Roots Events Public but we are also taking Grass Roots Businesses Public.  It is extremely hard, even impossible in many instances for small businesses to get much exposure in the extremely high priced advertising market of the so called mass media.  We are providing exposure for FREE via our "Shopping Centers". 

What is the "catch"?  There really isn't one because it is an innovative new method that produces a win/win situation.  Successful advertising depends on repetition and a lot of it.  A couple of ads here and there will not produce much in any media form.  Repetition is what produces results.  Your name being constantly seen where it needs to be seen is effective, even without a message.  Simply e-mail your name, the business name, address, phone number and areas of interest you deal in.  Your business will be listed in appropriate sections.  We gain by providing others with more of the information they need.

Although at this time it is simply like a phone book, it can do what no phone book can do.  Anyone can pick up a phone book and get the same information but it is much more convenient to simply Click their mouse.  This is how we are making life easier for our viewers.  They are visiting a Section they are interested in.  Naturally they want to find out all they can about the subject.  The "Shopping Centers" provide information to find out where to purchase related products and services.  This is a "Captive Market" and your business is being directly presented to THAT market of customers.  Now comes the EXCITING part.  Your listing can become a link to your web site.  To make your listing a link we do require a prominent link on your site to our site.  This provides us with repetition and a lot of it.  What do we give in return?  Repetition for you, and a lot of it. 

Lets look at Motorcycles as an example.  When people visit the Motorcycle Section there is a Shopping Center in that Section which lists businesses that have Motorcycle related items for sale. 

Now it becomes dramatic because "IF" you provide a prominent link to this site on your site, we will make your listing a link to your web site for FREE.  The customer is looking at our site and can visit your site with a simple click and see everything you have to offer.  That is dramatic advertising and you must admit it is EXTREMELY cost effective. 

Sure you can have your listing without a link to your site and it will remain there but remember, the customer will have to call you then have to write down and type in your site address.  Make it easy for your prospect so they will become a customer. 

We do not do this to get traffic from your site, we likely have far more traffic than you do but advertising depends on repetition and by having "Fun in Oklahoma"  listed everywhere, we get Repetition.  We are helping you help yourself and us, it cost you nothing.  That IS a Win/Win situation.

Our objective is to expose the general population of Oklahoma (and visitors to Oklahoma) to what is available in this Great State.  Which customers do you want most - Ones just getting involved (they spend a lot of money) or the ones who are already involved?  Of course you want both but new people are where your growth comes from.  We will grow the sections to keep existing viewers coming back constantly because we (like you) want to retain the first time customers and make them lifetime customers.  Our main goal (like yours) is to get new people.  We successfully working very hard to accomplish that.

Our traffic is Oklahoma traffic and/or people who are coming to Oklahoma.  We do not use search engines (although we are listed at or near the top of most search engines listings due to our extreme growth and results).  We build our business the old fashioned way.  We go to events, hand out business cards, and talk to many of the people.  This is one on one personal contact with YOUR prospective customer.  This results in positive "word of mouth advertising" which greatly multiplies our efforts.  It doesn't get much better than that.  We hand out thousands of business cards and that is one of our biggest problems, having enough cards on hand to hand out.  Don't you wish you had that problem?  Now you can.  You have NOT been asked for any money.  No need for that because as you see results you will be calling to advertise so you can garner more attention and further increase your income. 

There are some requirements for "Linked" Listings:
1 - Your site can not have objectionable material or links to sites with objectionable material as determined by us.  We are a family friendly site and will remain that way. 

2 - You must display our link in a prominent way , not just buried in a long list of links.  Remember what you are getting in return - USEABLE traffic to your site, something very difficult to obtain

3 - Failure to leave the link on your site will result in your listing being eliminated from the site and can only be reinserted for a recurring fee.

4 - Our link must be in place on your site before we provide the link to your site.  Intentions are great but far too many simply forget to do it.  Simply place the link on your site then email us your web site address so we can check it and your site for approval.  Legitimate businesses only.

NOTE:  This is a privately owned site and we DO Reserve the right to refuse any listing we wish, for any reason we wish.  We also have the right to refuse any content we wish.  When we become a publicly held company we may lose some of our rights of refusal.  At this time "Fun in Oklahoma"  is a privately held company offering  privately held content.  We do not have to offer access to anyone nor everyone.    

E-mail us right now - provide us with your business name, city, and phone number and it will be posted in the proper sections.  You must be a legitimate and legal business.  You must have products and/or services related to the Section.  Don't hesitate to E-mail us because it is the fastest and most effective way to get listed.  We may list you without a contact from you but it will likely take a long time for it to happen.  This is a limited time opportunity.  At some point in the future this will be a service for FEE simply because it will have to be in order to provide the help required to produce and maintain the information.  It will always be an extreme value AND we will remember those who got involved in the beginning - your record will be marked as such which will provide many benefits down the road.

Addresses are NOT being added at this time as we are working on features that will make the addresses extremely effective.  If you do a link exchange then your address will be added.

The shopping centers are similar to phone books today.  The Shopping Centers will develop into far more than the simple listings they are today.  I could tell you what all will become available but it is very hard to comprehend the very dramatic features that are coming.

A three day event is considered one event.  An event listed multiple months in advance is one event and one fee.
 
List your October event in February and you receive several months of free exposure for the same one time low price.
